Whittington Health NHS Trust Payroll and Pensions Framework Agreement

Partners Procurement Service, on behalf of Whittington Health NHS Trust (the "Authority") is establishing a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Payroll and Pension Services (the "Framework Agreement") that will be available to all current and future members of North Central London Integrated Care System (NCL ICS), and other organisations as set out in the Contract Notice, ("Participating Authorities") who may access the Framework Agreement during its term and enter into contracts under it. This Framework is designed to enable organisations, including successor organisations, within the Integrated Care System of North Central London to select a common solution with regard to Payroll and Pension Services. The tender documents will be made available in due course, and will be on www.lppsourcing.org, once availlable. Additional information: The following updates have been made and the revised versions (v2) of the following the tender documentation has been issued: 1. PR5781 Payroll ITT covering letter v2 Tender response deadline date updated to 10:00, 28th April 2021. 2. PR5781 Payroll ITT section A v2 Section 2.2, key dates regarding the tender timelines have been updated. 3. PR5781 Payroll ITT section B v2 Question 8.4, under Project Specific Questions, has been amended. 4. Annex B2 Specification and Volumetrics v2 The section heading in question 1.G has been amended. 5. Annex B3 Tender Response Document v2 The title for question 1.G has been amended 7. PR5781 Payroll Evaluation Matrix v2 Question reference numbers added in under Part B. Bidders are encouraged to review the amended tender documentation and participate in the tender process. The Authority has allowed for additional time for bidders to view the amendments to the tender documents and should the initial tender documents have deterred bidders from participating initially, the Authority encourages bidders to review the revised documents. The tender response deadline will now be 10:00, 28th April 2021.
