The Luton Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations to provide vehicle and towing services within the borough\. The contract will facilitate vehicle removal/seizure, release or disposal in pursuance of the following: Part A • Removal of Vehicles for Parking Contraventions Part B • Abandoned Vehicles • Unlicensed Vehicles • Seized vehicles used for waste crime
