KCL-00000978 - Supply of fresh bread and Viennoiserie products

Kings College London has a requirement for the daily supply of Fresh Bread and Viennoiserie products for a number of college campuses. The contract will be managed by King's food, the internal catering department for King's College London.

The contract period will be for 1 year.

The products required shall cover the minimum range but not be limited to the product schedule below:

SWEETS AND CAKES Doughnut/sweet bun Cookies Muffin selection (mini and large) Scones (mini and large) Selection of cupcakes

TRAY BAKES Bakewell tart Chocolate brownie Flapjack

MORNING GOODS (SMALL/MEDIUM/LARGE) Croissant Almond croissant Chocolate croissant Pain au raisin Pain au chocolate Apple Danish Apricot Danish Seasonal fruit Danish
