## Description

Conduct a multi-stage research project to determine the optimal envelope design for the envelopes ONS use to deliver social survey respondent materials to selected addresses\. This project includes: - a full literature review of existing evidence \(considering wider evidence alongside that already gathered by ONS - see below\) - design of a trial of behaviorally-informed envelope designs \(against a control of the current ONS envelopes used\) considering factors such as size, orientation, colour, weight, branding, and additional messaging on the envelope itself - implementation and analysis of the trial - with written reporting of results\. This requirement is only open to those companies registered on the CCS Framework RM6004 - Behavioural Insights Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
