Award of a Call off Contract under Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for Traffic Management for Prisoners at HMP Moorland\. supplier/provider who can offer a short course for prisoners as an opportunity to enter the traffic management industry upon release, which is a fast-growing industry\. The Supplier shall deliver a range of qualifications and training which shall support our learners in being successful in working within traffic management, including but not limited to NHSS Temporary Traffic Management Basic Course \(TTMBC\) to enable employment on release\.
