Re-roofing & Replacement uPVC Windows and Roof Lights Works

The works comprise of the complete strip and re-roofing to the defective flat roof covering to the nursery area of the school with the addition of a weir rain water chute to the parapet wall to assist with removing excess surface water, along with the strip and re-roofing to the existing roof over the YR6 WC's to the North side and the removal of the 2Nr rows of existing high level uPVC clerestory windows that are above the dining hall and the formation of a suitable up-stand and suitable flashing detail and with the replacement of a shallower height windows to both ends of the hall and include for the renewal of all defective roof lights as identified on the attached plan. Include for removal of all waste and debris from site to licensed tip or for recycling where possible.
