## Description

Supply, installation and maintenance of a EPI2SEM is a bespoke ultra-high vacuum \(UHV\) cluster with 3 chambers for growth by molecular beam epitaxy \(MBE\), in-situ analysis by electron spectroscopy \(NanoESCA\) and scanning probe microscopy \(SPM\) of semiconductors based on III-VI compounds\. Installation and commissioning of the equipment to be completed and invoiced by 01/05/2021\.
