## Description

Westminster City Council is running a procurement exercises for Mains Contractor\. The chosen procurement route is via the restricted procurement process\. This will be a 2-stage procurement process\. The first stage will consist of a standard questionnaire \(SQ\) which has been generated with the support from the external consultants at F&G\. The second stage will be the ITT, the 6 highest scoring suppliers at SQ stage will be invited to take part in the ITT\.
