PSN Code of Connection IT Health Check

Description

North Lincolnshire Council and North East Lincolnshire Council (the \"Authority\") are procuring a Penetration Testing Partner that will carry out a comprehensive IT Health Check (\"ITHC\") to meet the requirements of and support their PSN Code of Connection (\"CoCo\") Annual Submissions. The ITHC should aim to provide assurance that the Authorities internal and external systems are protected from unauthorised access or change, and they do not provide an unauthorised entry point into systems including those that consume PSN services. The Contract is expected to commence on 15th June 2017 and shall be effective initially for a period of two years with an option to extend subject to satisfactory performance for a further two periods of one year taking the Contract term to a maximum of four years.
