3 quotes were requested for the original Boiler replacement at Staffordshire Fire HQ \(4294\) and Trios were the successful supplier in March 22 and the Contract was direct awarded to them under the NHS FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES \(NOEI\.0289\.0\)\. When this new requirement arose with us only doing the value for money exercise 6 months previous and estates wanting to use the same supplier we direct awarded this Contract to them using the same framework
