GB-Rickmansworth: South Oxhey Playing Fields Refurbishment

Description

Provision of Leisure Facilities at South Oxhey Playing Fields Refurbish the existing x2 Tennis Courts to LTA specifications using an approved LTA provider. MUGA/Skate Park Provide a MUGA/Skate Park/BMX park to include an informal sports playing area, plaza style skate park and ideally a BMX/bike pump track. Dog Activity Park Install on the playing fields, can be a trim trail or outdoor fitness zone Other leisure facilities This should include items such for the community to play informal games such as Table Tennis, Chess, other board games and community seating/tables. Refurbish pathways Refurbish all connecting pathways around the newly refurbished area. It is proposed that the works are delivered over the winter period 2022-2023. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
