## Description

Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for provision of refurbishment works to bring the Farmhouse at Mountain Farm, Stockton Lane, Grappenhall up to a lettable standard\. The property is a four-bedroom house understood to have been built in the 1870s and is of brick construction\. There are two reception rooms downstairs and a kitchen with two rooms off the kitchen\. The property is accessed through a large boot room, which will remain as such\. The works broadly comprise: - Internal strip out; - Removal of chimney pots and replacement with vents and installation of loft insulation; - Glazing; - Provide new and some remedial works to internal walls and ceilings; - Provision of x1 new internal door and rehanging of all other existing doors; - Finishes to walls, joinery, ceilings, and doors; - Fitting of new floor coverings; - New floor joists; - Supply and fit new sanitaryware; - Supply and fit new fixtures and fittings including kitchen, curtains, extraction fans etc\.; - Installation of a new oil-fired heating system; and - External fencing and boundary works\. The Supplier will be required to design and construct the new oil-fired heating system Additional information: The opportunity can be accessed via the Homes England eTendering system\.
