Work description
This will be an arrangement for ad hoc use of a Social Care CEO specialist service (called upon at the discretion of the Director) to advise our Director of Discharge and Rehabilitation as needed on the interface between Discharge and Social Care.
Option to extend, in multiple periods, for up to 2 months.
