GB-Southampton: Capture of Mobile Mapping Data and Feature Extraction

OS is researching options to collect and maintain greater feature attribution and geometry at street level than it currently does. OS is looking at how this can be achieved through a methodology that is scalable to a national extent using an innovative, highly efficient and automated technology. An operational solution is therefore sought that will not only facilitate initial data capture and feature extraction, but permit rapid and regular update and maintenance.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
