The scope of works of the whole Design and Build scheme includes; • Demolition and removal of the existing 1980's Tropicana building • Construction of a new purpose built event space • Visual improvements to the frontage of the promenade building • Improving the wayfinding features of the site • Resurfacing of the outdoor courtyard
