Contract for Gateshead Local CLLD - External Evaluation and Summative Assessment

Gateshead Council on behalf of the Local Action Group (LAG) for the Gateshead Goes Local CLLD programme is seeking to appoint an Independent Evaluator to develop and implement the evaluation and summative assessment for 9 months. Gateshead Council is the Accountable Body for Gateshead Goes Local and has been awarded £2.3m funding by the 2014-2020 European Structural and Invest Funds (ESIF), incorporating both European Social Funding (ESF) and European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The programme runs from 2017 to 2022. The aim of the programme is to allow an innovative bottom-up approach for projects to address gaps in local employment and skills provision particularly focussed on those furthest from the labour market, whilst building capacity of community-based organisations, potential entrepreneurs and local businesses.
