Contract for The Evaluation of the Impact of Business Rates Appeals Reform on Customer Experience

The VOA is working to deliver a new policy reforming the business rates appeals system. The new system will be rolled out in April 2017, and will impact business rates customers who contest their rateable value, and their professional representatives. An evaluation of this new system is required to assess the impact of the change on customer experience of interacting with the VOA.
