Award Notice re further competition through Professional Services Framework for seconded individuals into the Council. The purpose of this commission is to enable the Customer to draw down resources based upon the skill sets of individuals. The secondments may be where specialist advice is required and the works will be typically of a short duration or where works are not necessarily project specific and relate to the functions undertaken in the day to day provision and management of a Highways & Transportation, Property or Capital Programmes service.
