## Description

Unitas are looking to appoint two Contractors to carry out structural and damp proofing works for the responsive and void sections of the business\. The works will be allocated using the cascading method\. This means that the Contractor who is in 1st place following the tender evaluation will get offered all the works until they are at full capacity and then the Contractor in 2nd place will be utilised\. The contract period will be 4 years commencing in April 2023\. The works will be awarded based on MEAT evaluation and the split will be 70% price and 30% technical\.
