The tender requirement is for a contract for the provision of Adult Skills Fund 'ASF' \(formally Adult Education Budget 'AEB'\) programmes, related inside the West Midlands Combined Authority \(WMCA\) region\. Specifically, this requirement is for Construction Skills training to include Construction Gateway courses like Rail Engineering Track Maintenance, Plant Machinery, Groundworks, CSCS and other operator tickets\.
