The City invites expressions of interest for: 182 Bishopsgate refurbishment works\. The contract will be a design and build works contract encompassing; • Contractor technical design \(RIBA Stage 4\) • Refurbishment and fit-out of office and ancillary spaces \(Cat A\) • Overhaul and upgrade of existing mechanical and electrical services Refurbishment is required to approximately 4,400m2 \(47,400 sqft\) of 182 Bishopsgate, City of London, EC2M 4NP\. The works budget is circa £2,700,000\. The target construction start date is September 2016 with completion for February/March 2017\.
