The City invites expressions of interest for: 5 Snow Hill commercial refurbishment works\. The contract will be a design and build works contract encompassing; • Contractor technical design \(RIBA Stage 4\) • Refurbishment and fit-out of office and ancillary spaces including \(Cat A\) • Upgrade incoming services • Overhaul and upgrade of existing buildings mechanical and electrical services Refurbishment is required to approximately 1,950m2 \(20,100 sqft\) of 5 Snow Hill, City of London, EC1A 2DP\. The works budget is circa £1,100,000\. The target construction start date is September 2016 with completion for February/March 2017\.
