Work description
1) Construction of two new lounge extensions.
2) Off-site fabrication and installation of a new modular building.
3) Internal remodelling within the existing unit to provide two additional lounges.
4) Construction of a new air-lock in the perimeter secure wall.
5) Sundry external works.
Contract to be used is JCT Standard Building Contract with Quantities 2016.
