Installation of External Wall Insulation, 21 Properties, Hebburn

Description

STH is looking to procure a contractor to deliver the above works. It will involve, but not be limited to, installation of EWI system including extending rainwater and foul drainage, loft insulation, roof line extensions, loft ventilation (over fascia ventilators). The Principal Contractor will be South Tyneside Homes, who will be undertaking any M&E works and also providing welfare, storage etc - the successful contractor will be a subcontractor to STH, and will need to liaise with the retrofit co-ordinator (JDDK Architects). The properties will be occupied during the works.
