## Description

The requirement is for analysis to extend and build the evidence base on the impacts of a trade agreement between the UK and Mercosur, for use in policy development\. CGE modelling techniques will be used to model a minimum of four scenarios against 2 baselines\. There is an Optional Deliverable for non-tariff barrier modelling, which must be included in the suppliers methodology and the Pricing Schedule for evaluation, however the Authority reserves the right to not commission this deliverable\.
