Derby City Council (DCC) is running a further competition exercise under the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation (ESPO) Framework, 2664, Issue 18, Property Advice and Management Services.Phase 2 of the Derby City Leisure Facilities Strategy (LFS) is to develop a 50m swimming pool complex at Moorways Sports Complex, Moor Lane, Derby DE24 9HY.This further competition seeks competitive fee bids to undertake a costed feasibility study, detailed design, constructor tender, project management and contract administration and project completion. The feasibility study shall include optional sketch plans and costs for alternative swim and leisure water areas and associated accommodation.
