Description

Hybrid Cloud Services has been on a journey during the past 18 months. It is now in a steady state of product development and request fulfilment and has commenced filling critical vacancies identified in the Zero Based Organisation Design (ZBOD). However, until those sustainable resources are in place, the pace of delivering shared products and services to accelerate development timescales and fulfilling requests for hosting services, remains unabated. Hybrid Cloud Services continues to fulfil around 5 major requests each week as well as ongoing enhancements. This request is to continue to provide these services for the next six months, allowing sufficient time for recruitment of key roles to complete. • Development of enduring Shared Services for On-Premise Hosting, including Delivery Management • Request Fulfilment where not already covered under TS Operate or HCS Transition.
