The works comprise of undertaking, UKAS accredited risk assessment for legionella including schematics for remaining sites without an RA place monthly sentinel temperature monitoring, quarterly cold water storage tank monitoring, and visual annual inspections. Low temperature hot water Pseudo species sampling and UKAS accredited testing, quarterly shower inspections descaling and disinfection, TMV service and maintenance, Water softener annual servicing, monthly Calorifier flow and return checks. Point of use water heater monthly checks, annual calorifier inspections across various locations owned, controlled and or managed by the councils.
