## Description

Service Objectives are to: Maximise Service Users income and enable them to access welfare benefits to which they are entitled; Increase staff awareness about welfare benefits to enable increased take up; Direct Service Users to appropriate and specific legal or other specialist advice where necessary; Build and maintain effective partnership work with key local contacts and agencies, which will assist in the ongoing development of the Service; Promote where possible choice about levels and methods of financial support via the welfare benefits system regardless of Should there be interest, an Open Tender procedure will be adopted for this procurement to commence in April 2019\. The term of a new contract is likely to be five years with the option to extend by up three years\.
