Description
HMCTS has had an aspiration to move to a more effective and efficient compliance and enforcement service for which the Transforming Compliance and Enforcement Programme has been established. To benefit a more effective enforcement service, HMCTS is seeking to procure a COTS debt management collection system. This contract supports finalisation of a full business case underlying the procurement and wider business change costs for the Transforming Compliance Enforcement Programme (TCEP).
