## Description

Blackpool Council wish to improve the community tennis court facilities and provide a comprehensive tennis development programme for the community\. The Service Provider will be responsible for the management and delivery of all coaching, both groups and individual, and this includes publicity, promotion, communication, payment and ongoing relationship with the customer\.
