## Description

Thurrock Council is seeking to appoint a multi-disciplinary design team to develop a comprehensive and deliverable masterplan for Grays Riverside to RIBA Stage 2\+\. Through the planning application the Council will secure funding allocated through the Town Deal \(MHCLG\) and will reconnect Grays town to the river Thames through this network of projects\.
