Temporary Site Accommodation

Hire of a fully integrated five-storey modular project accommodation block to serve a major construction site, including design, manufacture, delivery, offloading, on-site assembly, fitting out and furnishing and subsequent removal . (There is very limited space on site for the block, hence the multi-tiered requirement). This temporary building within the footprint provided with the Service Information, will have office accommodation to house the Project Management team and Contractor personnel, together with welfare facilities for the site workforce Approx. 1350 people, at peak, will be on site and will need to use the facilities at various times. The requirement will also include construction of the foundations for the accommodation units, installation of a passenger lift and carrying out maintenance of the building fabric for the duration of the project.
