## Description

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council, on behalf of the Domestic Abuse Board, is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced service or professional to undertake a Domestic Abuse Needs Assessment as required by the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government \(MHCLG\) in relation to the statutory duties outlined in the Domestic Abuse Act\.
