This appointment was made via a mini competition using the National Framework Partnership (NFP) Legal Framework for Property Development and Construction/General Property Matters (Reference: 2022/S 000-030981). The exercise aimed to award the multiple appointment of three legal service providers to deliver Strategic Asset Management Legal Services totaling approximately £350k per annum (including VAT) and £2.1m across the life of the Contract.
