Work description
The works consist of the concrete repairs and installation of sacrificial galvanic anodes to concrete to highway structures which including one buried joint replacement which is to have galvanic anode protection system installed in half-joint. 5No. Structures are located on the A610 in the District of Broxtowe and 1 No. Structure in Mansfield District, in Nottinghamshire. The majority of the works will be night-time working on Dual Carriageway with traffic management/diversions. The successful Contractor will have had experience working with Highways Authorities and working to DMRB Highway Specification of Works. They should also have experience in the installation of galvanic anodes, with at least one operative having Level 2 EN15257:2006 qualified Corrosion Technician. Concrete repair works to be completed by December 2019
