Burnley Town Centre and Weavers Triangle Master Plan

Tenders are invited from organisations that have the resources and ability to undertake the professional services outlined within the Tender Brief. The Council is seeking a suitably qualified consultancy or consortium of consultancies to develop a comprehensive, ambitious and deliverable masterplan for Burnley Town Centre and the adjoining Weavers Triangle area. The Masterplan is intended to facilitate the redevelopment and growth of the town ensuring its future as a vibrant and thriving retail, leisure and business centre supporting the borough's overall growth ambitions. The masterplan should establish a coherent set of land use and design parameters to guide the future development of the area and under pinned with an implementation plan based on sound market testing and analysis. Additional information: Budgetary resources are limited and the Council is seeking good quality advice from appropriately experienced professionals at competitive rates. The Council anticipates that the contract value arising from this opportunity would be in a range of up to GBP100,000.
