Pitched Roofing Replacement and Associated works

Description

Housing 21 is tendering for pitching roofing replacement and associated works across 44 counties nationwide. The works range from £10,000 to £500,000, this opportunity is suitable for small, medium enterprises to bid as well as national providers. Housing 21 is seeking to work with a minimum of three providers nationally and our aim is to develop collaborative relationships, we hope that the contract term reflects this. The contract opportunity if for 10 years (3+3+3). The successful suppliers will also be given the opportunity to complete associated works, this will not exceed 50% of the roofing works to be completed. This is an open tender procedure meaning that it is a one stage tendering process open to all suppliers.
