Mobile Voice and Data Services Contract

Appoint a supplier to provide mobile voice and data services to the Council. The project deliverables for this contract are as follows:

• Appoint a single service provider; • Provide continual monitoring of contract charges/tariffs, in order to obtain value for money; • Provide a single bill facility; • Provide migration of service from existing network operator to alternative (if required); • Provide a choice of mobile phone and tablet devices, offering value-for-money solutions; and • Provide the flexibility to increase/decrease data and voice usage without incurring excessive additional charges.
