Work description
To provide emergency bed provision for complex needs who are being discharged from a hospital or specialist setting. The accommodation will provide 2 beds for people of any age 18 and over at any time to be available for immediate occupation at any point in time. The service will provide 2 emergency beds in Central Cheshire East.
