## Description

The tender is for the provision of estate management and maintenance services for the New Islington Estate and the collection of the service charge\. The Managing Agent will set up and collect the Estate Charge from the various new developments and take management responsibility for all public spaces within the New Islington Estate\. The Managing Agent will be expected to maintain a clean and safe environment for the residential community, visitors and supporting mixed uses\.
