Fabrication of Bespoke Artwork for Ouzel Valley Park

As part of the Millennium Village development in Oakgrove, a sum of £340,000 was secured as a contribution towards Public Art delivery, as part of the Social Infrastructure Contribution. A brief for the Oakgrove Public Art Commission was developed in partnership with The Parks Trust and the Parish Council. Regulation 32 (1) (b) (i)
