Servicing and Maintenance of Lightning Protection and Man Safe Systems

AWARD NOTICE CHP wishes to commission an experienced and appropriately qualified organisation for the provision of servicing and maintenance of Lightning Protection (currently 19) and Man Safe systems (currently 13) located at various premises and developments throughout Essex and surrounding areas. The required service will comprise of scheduled routine maintenance and responsive call outs and repairs (emergency and non-emergency, 24-hour 365 days a year). The Supplier shall have systems in place to ensure resolution of all repairs upon first visit where possible.
