## Description

As part of HMRC's Making Tax Digital program, HMRC needs to understand the attitudes, behaviours, demographics and capabilities of the small business population which will influence their likely ability to engage with MTD\. The results of the research will contribute to the identification of priority groups to target with communications, stakeholder engagement and support that addresses their needs\. Additional information: This contract was let following a mini-competition wth the DWP Social and Economic Research Framework 2013
