MOVA - Design, Configuration and Validation

South Gloucestershire Council is responsible for road network management within its boundaries and uses intelligent traffic systems to manage traffic using the road network and minimise travel times. Critical to these high-level objectives is the deployment and utilisation of effective traffic signal control methodologies and, in particular, Microprocessor Optimised Vehicle Actuation (MOVA).
