## Description

e-ITT for the provision of a Leadership Development Programme for Senior Managers of New Forest District Council \(NFDC\)\. New Forest District Council \(NFDC\) would like to introduce a Leadership Development Programme for Senior Managers \(approx\. 25 Staff\) over a 12 month timeline commencing in July 2023\. Optional additional phases to cover both Tier 1&2 officers and middle managers is also outlined in the specification\. The objective would be to provide consistent level of knowledge and training to a range of senior managers across the whole remit of the District Council\. We anticipate that this will include 360-degree feedback with face-to-face feedback from the trainer\. We welcome ideas on Action Learning Sets, NLP etc\. This would be followed up with a modular approach for other areas, preferably delivered on an in-person basis\.
