SOFT MARKET TEST: Tree Inspections

Description

Previously, South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council employed this service in house. The work was then segregated across a team. However, this is now proving to be a challenge and we are looking into whether we can outsource these services. South Hams District Council and West Devon Borough Council are looking at the possibility of releasing a future tender regarding tree inspection.
