HS2 Routewide Reference Class Forecasting

Description

This is notification of a contract awarded to Oxford Global Projects Ltd. for the provision of routewide Reference Class Forecasting services to HS2 Ltd. The supplier will provide the following: 1. Update and tailor the existing Reference Classes for HS2, for phases 1, 2a and 2b, and development of further reference classes for activities that emerge as key risk areas 2. Engagement of internal and external stakeholders to support the Reference Class Forecasting updates 3. Integrate Reference Class Forecasting and Quantitative Risk Assessment analyses 4. Quarterly reviews of key risks 5. Design and delivery of internal training on the treatment of risk and uncertainty in major projects 6. Design and delivery of external stakeholder training on risk management
