Systems Leadership Training

The Workforce Development project includes a Systems Leadership Training course that will equip staff who work across the system, the skills and knowledge needed to be effective systems change leaders. The aim of this training is to develop staff at all levels, leadership in this context is not about job title, seniority, or the budget a person controls, but about developing the skills staff need to mobilise all possible resources and create system level change where needed.
