• Full site survey (validation of information given on excel spreadsheet that forms part of this tender), location and detailing of type and mechanism of fire dampers, including noting accessibility, • Test (activated and reset) during the initial validation of the information provided all accessible fire dampers • All inaccessible fire dampers to be reported to the Contract Administrator (CA) • To label all fire dampers (please provide with your tender return a sample) • To provide a full report on each fire damper indicating whether in passed or failed. This will include digital photographic evidence of testing and include any defects found and recommendations(please provide with your tender return a sample) • Provide with you submission a Method Statement for Fire Damper Inspections • After the inspection please provide a full report and where possible mark all fire dampers on the drawings or update the Excel spreadsheet provided. • Upon completion of works you are to issue "A Certificate of Fire/Smoke Damper Inspection" to the CA.
